Livingstone Creek 

Flowing into the Mitta Mitta River, Livingstone Creek forms part of the Upper Murray Catchment Area. The discovery of gold in Livingstone Creek in 1851 was a precursor to major mining operations in the area including the Oriental Claims and the declaration of Omeo township in 1856
