North
Arm
Gippsland Lakes
Receiving runoff water collected from the western section of Colquhoun
Regional Park via Mississippi Creek and Little Mississippi Creek,
North Arm allows access to the Gippsland Lakes near bullock Island
between Lakes Entrance and Kalimna. The protected waters of North arm
provide safe anchorage and the tranquil waters are suitable for
fishing and paddling. The North Arm formed a part of the
transportation link between the Mississippi Creek Quarry and the
entrance during it's reconstruction in the early 1900's.
