Genoa
River
Far East Gippsland Catchment Area
Rising in The South East Forests National Park in NSW, the Genoa River
enters Victoria in the
Coopracambra National Park. Flowing mainly through
dense forest, the Genoa River opens up to flood plains and grazing
land south of Genoa and joins the Wallagaraugh River
just above Gipsy
Point before flowing into
Mallacoota Inlet.
Genoa Falls are a hidden wonder just a short walk from a car park near
the Princes Highway.
