Tambo Upper RoadFrom Bruthen To Swan ReachFollowing the Tambo River and the eastern fringes of the Tambo Valley, the Tambo Upper Road runs through open farmland and the rural district and settlement of Tambo Upper. South of the Tambo Upper School the waters of the Tambo River are estuarial and easy access to the river allows fishing from a number of fishing platforms along the bank opposite the cliffs. Stephenson Road crosses the Tambo River midway along the Road linking to the Gippsland Lakes Drive.
