The Pinnacles

Picnic tables and BBQ's set in a high country bush setting set the scene for a pleasant break. A 5 min walk from the Pinnacles picnic area, following the track to the fire spotting tower will be rewarded with 360^o views of the Alpine National Park, State Forest, Wonnangatta Valley and on a clear day the Gippsland Lakes are visible.

  • 3.5 Hrs from Bairnsdale

  • From Dargo/Bairnsdale via Wonnangatta Road and Billy Goat Bluff Track 4x4 only

  • Alternative access by way of Moroka Road Via Licola or Briagolong
