With a district population of approximately 150, the small coastal village
of Bemm River, in south central
East
Gippsland, is to be found at the junction of the
Bemm River and
Sydenham Inlet.
With
Cape Conran Coastal Park to the west and
Croajingolong National Park to the east, the area is considered by many to be
Victoria's premier bream fishing location. Bemm River is truly a
fisherman's paradise.
